An art therapy workshop for those of you explaining what anti-perfection looks and feels like. Begin to break the chain of perfectionism and join Chari from Tidewaters (www.tidewaters.ca) in exploring a range of artmaking activities with a focus on play, exploration, intuitive creation, and freedom.
