You enter your first restaurant in Italy, open the menu, and see… none of these? Come to this fun chat with Caitlynn Bailey-Cummings from DOP Italian Travel, and we’ll dive into all the iconic Italian dishes we eat in North America that don’t exist in Italy. Then we’ll learn what (and how) Italians really eat, so you can get ready for your next trip to Italy, or incorporate some traditional Italian gastronomy into your everyday life in Alberta.
