The TRACpac App was updated on September 15, and you may notice it looks a little different! The layout is mostly the same, but now has some exciting upgrades.
The patron barcode is now near the top of the homepage, and if you tap it you'll see that there is now the option to add it to an Apple or Google Wallet for easy access. This digital card can then be used at the desk or self check out machines, just like a physical card!
The Holds and Items Out pages have been reorganized for better usability. Patrons who have an item overdue or an item ready for pickup will see that information directly on their homepage.
The search function has also had some updates to improve search results.
If you are not seeing these changes yet, you'll need to check your phone settings for app updates and make sure TRACpac is on the newest update.
