An art therapy workshop to spend a moment in time reflecting and reconnecting creatively. Using natural materials we will explore what is means to reconnect and honour our feelings of disconnection in our busy hectic lives. Join Chari and Nicole from Tidewaters (www.tidewaters.ca) in taking a few moments to be creative and begin to embark on the journey back to self, nature and others.
Registration opens on Saturday October 5th at 10am.
