Virtual Tech Help (11:30-12:00)

Did you get a new eReader, tablet,  phone as a gift? Do you need help with Microsoft Suite, Google Suite, other software? Not sure how to search and place a book on hold through the library? We can help.

Our Tech staff members are available online by appointment every Tuesday to help you with basic technology issues, such as:

• Microsoft Suite applications, e.g., Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
• Google suite applications, e.g., Docs, Slides, Forms, and Sheets
• Social Media, e.g., Facebook, Instagram, & Twitter
• Zoom and Zoom Settings
• eResource access from the library
• and more ....

This one-on-one assistance will be made available online via Google Meet.  Joining information will be sent to registered participants before the appointment start time.

Registration for appointments closes the Monday at 6.00 p.m. before the Tuesday appointments.
