For ages 6-8.
A free 4-week mindfulness program for ages 6-8. Each week will be a new mindfulness story and activity. This program will help develop a mindfulness practice at home and increase social skills and connection.
Runs on Fridays at 10:00 a.m. - 10:45 a.m., July 29th - August 19th.
Register each family member separately as capacity is limited.
Parents are required to remain in the library during the program.
