Local Author Reading

Every second Tuesday of the month, the Cochrane Public Library hosts an intimate evening with a published local author! Be entertained, hear a reading, ask questions, and get a book signed during these fun and informative events. Light refreshments will be served.

  • Tue Feb 13 @ 7:00pm-8:30pm Author: Warren Harbeck Longtime “slice of life” columnist for the Cochrane Eagle newspaper

  • Tue Apr 10 @ 7:00pm-8:30pm Author: Kathleen Smith Entertaining history of ranching life throughout the last century
  • Thurs Apr 19 @ 7:00pm-8:30pm Author: Elinor Florence Author of Wildwood, a novel about a single mother who must live in an abandoned farmhouse in northern Alberta
